Cake/bread flour supply in Sydney

Does anyone know cakes flour supplier in Sydney?
I'm trying to get a 10kg bag or so

$8.50 for 10 x 1kg at Woolies. Can't imagine you will find a cheaper or more convenient supplier for such a small quantity. I have seen my local bakery getting 25kg sacks delivered, but they are receiving 10 at a time.

what brand are they?
I looked woolies online, Lighthouse cakes flour $3.75/kg

  Home brand is 85c kilo. If you read the nutrition label you can check the protein level and you will see it is fine for bread or cakes.
