You put your job and location in and get quotes from people.
Use a duff phone number or use option for email.

You can also just browse and contact them direct if you want (ask for discount to avoid them paying commission to these web sites)

Filter out a few and call/ email them to get a better idea

They get ratings, but make sure there are a lot and recent and have more than basic details. Like any rating system you always get some bad ones.

Got a great removalist recently for a great price, a not so great carpet cleaner (bit was ok)

Depending on the nature of the leak, it may be difficult for a plumber to quote with any accuracy without seeing the job.
