The sad part is that someone had to report this post…

    • I actually reported it lol, coz the hyperlink wasn't working when posted separately to the comment.

      • I very much doubt someone would pay $1m for jailbreak. At every Samsung release people offer bounties for Root/Unlocked Bootloader, but I've never heard of someone actually being rewarded once they do it.

i donated few $ to saurik via paypal when he released the jailbreak for iphone 4

  • This is absurd. Apple, just let us use the devices you charge us a premium for in the way we want.

Same goes for Android manufacturers who refuse to unlock their bootloaders. (LG I'M LOOKING AT YOU ARGH)

The only thing I can break on an iPhone is the screen.

  • I think you will find its probably a stunt.

If you read carefully its says

    an exclusive, browser-based

    1. Browser based - no jailbreak has done that for some period of time.
    2. Exclusive, which would mean they will probably want to charge for it, or get money off advertsing, or as they state, its sold to security services

ZERODIUM customers are major corporations in defense, technology, and finance, in need of advanced zero-day protection, as well as government organizations in need of specific and tailored cybersecurity capabilities.
