Yatango Not Honouring My Purchase Order

Hi there

This is my first post for discussion on a forum.

I am being forced to put this topic up for people to know that Yatango are not honouring my purchase order. As Ozbargainers would know, Yatango had a sale going on 10 Sepetember 2015, during which I bought about 5 items. The order status until today has been showing as - In fulfillment. When I questioned them on the progress of the order, they have advised me that all the items have gone Out of Stock. To my surprise, I have now been told that their free items can now only be delivered if I pay for them. I have now been forced into cancelling the entire order, and expect to get my money refunded soon.
I thought I will let other Ozbargainers know and make them aware of these mob from the so called Yatango.

    not contact you that the order was in limbo ?

    Yes, the seller did not contact me after sending an email on 11 Sept stating that the order is in fulfilment. Today, after I contacted them online, and was told what I have mentioned in the original post.

    Thanks to spackbace for providing the original link. I would be interested to know how many have at least received an email from Yatango that their order has been delivered.

    So basically you found a loophole, of which the seller didn't honor the purchases. My heart bleeds.
