I can't seem to find them at MSY or any of the other computer shops.
Where to Buy a 2TB 2.5" Internal HDD to Replace a PS4's HDD?
Comments
It's ridiculous that the HDD itself is more expensive than buying it in a Seagate enclosure
Do you need one right now? I bought a few Seagate backup plus 2tb from Dick Smith when they were $85 or something about a month back. Be careful tapping them apart and you can put the 500 back in the case to use as a portable.
It's for a mate his consoles full and wants to get a 2TB before all these new games coming out like Fifa 16, fallout 4, Battlefront, Black ops 3 and whatever else he's getting.
I've used the ps4 backup and restore before, it was pretty easy. Only hard part was formatting aa large HDD as fat32. Eventually did it with a tool made by Verbatim. I dunno. If you'rehappy paying $130, go to office works and you'll have it this afternoon. Or wait till one is on sale. Just make sure that whatever you get has a standard HDD inside, a lot of them (Toshiba, WD) from memory have the USB adapter soldered into the actual HDD.

Thats what my worry was with buying a 2TB Portable HDD i installed a 1TB that i pulled out of a Aldi Portable hard drive that i got cheap but i know that's not always the case.
The one above will work. But Google it when you get there
Buy it online. I got mine from Mwave, this is the HDD to get:
