I tried to order $109 worth of stock, it applied the $10 off, but it never applied the free delivery, so cancelled my order.
if you spent another $2, providing you get the free delivery email, you will get the $10off and free delivery

Looks like free delivery only available if you have received an email for offer. My order total was $112 and I got the $10 off with HOLIDAYS10 code but no free delivery :-(
