Is there any car rental company will hire a car to me? So far i asked "Go Rentals" and answer is no.

You can drive as per the NSW conditions within NZ laws, without the need for P plates.
However, no major rental car place like Avis will accept a P plater.

I rented a sick toyota corsa from these guys when I went to Christchurch.
At the time I was 19 on green P's and I had no problem. There may have been an additional surcharge but all in all the rental wasnt expensive at all.
