Need Help on Choosing ISP for Online Gaming

I am confused about my option, have been reading on the topic here and there, couldn't figure out what's best for me. I have seen ADSL2+, NBN, cable, and naked ADSL2+.

The question is, what is the best for online gaming, with unlimited data and from which provider?

    NBN is best for online gaming without a doubt.

    I am on TPG NBN 12/1 This is the slowest speed you can get on NBN but what makes NBN better then the others for gaming is the ping. as you can see i just got 3 ping which is incredibly low which means no lag in games from your internet if there is lag it's not caused by you.

    But NBN isn't available to everyone so you have to check whether you are able to get NBN.

      Thanks for the reply. NBN is not available in my area unfortunately, any suggestion of what is the next best?

        Cable which can reach speeds higher then NBN but ping isnt even close to what NBN can get.
