Prices are double that of competitors (ransomIT, etc).
Quality wise, their peering isn't even as good as other providers. This I would say is due to them going with an independent sort of approach, rather than Colo.. That's still a bit of a let down though.
Overall it seems like the extra 70-75% (afer code) goes towards extensive on site support and uptime guarantees.. That's great and all, but this is OzBargain - we'd much rather pay $15-20/mo with 99% uptime guarantee and wait 12-24hr for ticket responses than pay $30/mo (after coupon) for 15minute ticket responses and 99.995%.
Edit: not going to downvote as for some the level of support may be valued at $10-15, making this some what of a bargain. For me personally (and possibly most of us here) it's not worth it though.
