Cheap Power Bank $5 at Reject Shop

Haven't posted this in the deals area as it appears to be their everyday price but is still a good deal and $5 cheaper than similar item (but different brand - Laser) at Big W. Only comes with micro USB cable which I know suits Samsung phones. The dearer Big W one has 3 or 4 different cables to suit most androids and also iPhones.

    I reckon the minimum requirements for a decent powerbank is original xiaomi.
    Don't buy those rubbish.

    Good as a spare, but really if you have the xiaomi and one of these, it would be perfect!

    I own one, it works fine. (they sell them frequently in DSE for around the same price). It would get you out of a bind.

    I can't remember where i saw, but fairly sure they just have an 18650 battery inside.

    Not good.

    You ought to be able to find 2500mAh units in the same form factor, with a built in torch, for not much more. Even with losses 2500mAh (eg a AA battery) is more practical as a boost for your phone.

    Good to know, if I'm ever out and about and my phone dies. $5 is entering the disposable area
