This is a yearly thing, probably been happening for the last 15 years and its still Blacktown on the map. At least it beats council planted trees, especially when they mysteriously die and need to be removed.
If you show them you have one tooth left in your mouth, wearing a singlet and covered in tattoos, is it sufficient proof of Blacktown residency?
They should give them free pants too!
You can go to each of the giveaway's and get 2 plants (one of the staff told us). You are also entitled to go to the council nursery and collect 2 every year. We have got 8 so far.
