Crumpler discounts can be rare so this might help someone.

Bit of both. They are quite well made IMHO, I've had them in the past and they've stood up to my heavy use as a camera bag really well. Style is personal so some love and some hate.
The styling doesn't really appeal to me but I figured they would have to be well made for people to love them so much.
They used to be made in Australia. I bought my messenger back in 1998. I think I spent close to 200 back then. The inner sleeves clip button broke a couple years ago. Other than that I'm still using it on an almost daily basis. Also worth mentioning that it survived 3 motorcycle crashes! Tough bugger.
The new bags are currently being made elsewhere these days. My recent purchase was when apple had a sale. Quality seems to be ok.
They are reasonably priced considering the quality of their products. I've got a few camera bags and backpacks that are still holding up after years of use. Generally you can find pretty good deals when they're on sale at Myer/DJ's/The Iconic.
They still have 30% in the vip area…
Love Crumpler but I bought my quota for the next 2 years I think.
Decent quality bags, well made. If you tend to wear out your laptop or camera bags, then these could end up being good value as they last longer. I'm lucky in that I have the Crumpler Surplus store (http://www.crumpler.com/au/crumpler-brighton/) not too far away where you can get some decent deals, although the selection is pretty small. The only other comment I have about the deal is the code - 'Nine to five for life". How depressing is that? Sounds like a curse….. ;-)
$200 for canvas bags
What…for that price i could get full grain leather bags…
Nothing against this deal (it may well be a deal for crumpler) but why are crumpler bags so expensive? Are they super well made or is it just a fashion tax?
