Returning of Games at JB Hi-Fi

So i just bought a new ps4 controller and a game which i assumed had co-op since i was informed by a mate who it turns out was misinformed. we found out that the co-op was available but it was online co-op as opposed to split screen co-op(which is what we wanted) when we started playing the game. Since the packaging is open is still possible to drop my game off and get a refund? I just got it like 4 hours ago. I'm a bit confused cause the same friend said i could ask for a refund but i'm starting to doubt his information/sources

        see i dont get this… coop split screen suddenly doesnt make a bad game good

        very few games support it these days

        you're tell me you would get NO value out of this game as a single player?

    This depends on what the back of the box says. If it says "Online coop" or something similar then it would be a change of mind exchange and would be up to JB Hifi's returns policy.
