Hey guys, Looking to buy the missus a new vaccum; her current one is terrible.

She lives in a small 1 bedroom apartment and has 2 cats.

Floor is mainly carpet.

Looking for a bang for buck one, but I have 0 knowledge when it comes to vaccums - hoping you guys can point me in the right direction.

Preferably less than $150.

  I meant 60 days. I think Aldi has the vacuum cleaners every few months, in the Catologue Specials. (was it last week?) It's not in regular stock.
  I use a lot of different vacuum cleaners. I have used this one, & for the price, it did an excellent job.

I was going to mention Karcher entry level wet/dry vac but it's only 10 or 20 bucks less than this Aldi, I'd get that instead.
