It seems Rectal thermometers are the most accurate and most expensive like forehead thermometers.
So looking for your specific recommendations or thoughts for the Thermometers (3 Months & Up)

Forehead ones are inaccurate because it uses a predictive model to estimate the body's core temperature using the surface temperature. And also everybody's surface temp and core temp can vary significantly which makes forehead thermometers even less reliable.
We have a Braun one that goes in the ear. It was about $90. It's the same not he hospital around here uses as well as our local GP. It's fantastic.
Forehead ones are useless. We got given it and it's always off, says the baby is over 38 degrees
The in ear ones are inaccurate at young ages too ( dr said it)
Under the arm ones also tend to be around 1 degree off! Under, was told by nurse that
