Grace, The Ice Cream Truck, is giving out free ice cream September 13 between 2PM-3PM. The truck will be located on the Tan track opposite the Swan St Bridge.

Don't know much about the ice cream but I'm familiar with Scott Kilmartin in the retailer/entrepreneur field. You can see his story about ice cream making.

      I think they want to launch a crowdfunding event soon so I guess they are building their fanbase.
