Personal experience:
The servers themselves really aren't that good. I struggled to even sustain a connection speed of over 1-2MB/s when transferring from my other servers (with RansomIT), my home ADSL connection often out performed it. Internet speed aside, the server wasn't TOO bad.. As in, it was bearable… It felt like it was slightly oversold, though I did buy it on a promotion they did a few months back, a little over selling wasn't something that surprised me; it's almost expected in the situation of <$5 servers.
Customer service could be worse I guess. Response times were decent (always with in 24 hours) though their responses showed lack of knowledge or understanding at times. I often had to go back-and-fourth 3 or 4 or responses with support tickets before anything was resolved ever, resulting in a total of almost a week at times.
Overall, I guess their storage servers wouldn't be the worse. For Australia that's an insane amount of data on offer. That been said, it's really not a viable option if you need a reliable server. If you are just needing somewhere in the cloud to store files on a simple web/ftp server, go for it. Anything else, you'll probably want to look elsewhere more professional solution. Many companies have similarly priced plans, just with less data.
Edit: not gonna neg because maybe these packages are possibly better than my particular server with them was, though I'm honestly not sure internet speeds would be different.
