Hope someone can enlight me what l can do next, long story short, l booked a flight via CheapOair and paid via AMEX credit card but cancel it within an hour due to leave conflict. I received email from them this is being done http://postimg.org/image/faq22h923/.
From bank statement, they only refund me $6.52, l called them numerous time and all they said was refund has being done, l need to contact the bank to sort out. So l've also raised a dispute with the bank which they came back saying they were not able to investigate "Under AMEX guidelines, we cannot interfere in an agreement between you and a merchant where you have agreed to the merchants terms and conditions". Now l am left stranded.
Can anyone suggest what l can do next
