I can't believe I'm still waiting for this. I'm so glad this is just a trial. Can't even imagine how painful it'd be to get everything almost a month after it's been sent.
Just got mine today. A full week after they send out the email to all users with the contents of the box (a bit spoilery if you're into that) which totals to 3 weeks to deliver it to me.
Definitely wouldn't subscribe to this service and pay for it based upon this experience here.
