The winners are scheduled to be announced over a total of 6 times on (i) August 28, 2015, (ii) September 4, 2015, (iii) September 11, 2015, (iv) September 18, 2015, (v) September 25, 2015, and (vi) October 2, 2015. However, the announcement schedule may be delayed due to unexpected circumstances.
So we've missed the first 2 draws.
The winners of the Event are to be randomly selected by "KTO", and the participants cannot raise any objections on this matter. In addition, "KTO" is not obligated to disclose information on the winner selection criteria and contents.

My family name is longer than 8 characters and I therefore cannot fill out the form properly. Seems designed for monosyllabic family names, like Smith or Jones, (or Lee or Kim)..
