Whem google "Ralph Lurem" the first search page result will show a website that looks like Ralph Lauren with the web address of http://polo.fixingca.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=33. Cheap but big question on how fake could it be or do you ever receive your goods.

Factory outlets are your best bet. A couple years ago they used to have 70% off store wide regularly (Cairns DFO, Gold Coast Harbour Town). Not sure what kind of sales they have these days but it would definitely be better than what Myer and DJ are selling them for.
Essendon DFO has a Ralph store. But it is not cheap also unless your size is in the XL and above range. RL is rarely cheap from my experience unless they are running a xmas promo or something where you may get X% off if you buy multiple pieces.
You can try essendon and see if you get lucky
