Faulty Razer Kraken 7.1 USB

Hey all,

I have a Razer Kraken 7.1 USB which I haven't used for a while now, and decided to start using it again. However when I connect it to my new PC, it doesn't install any drivers or get recognized. I tried to power it up using the button near the mic, but doesn't light up at all.

Was just wondering if there are any tech geniuses out there or someone who has encountered this problem before and know how to fix it or is my best option to get it repaired.

is this a win 10 pc and your old pc was a windows 7 or 8/8.1 machine??
