apparently that place is filthy dirty, no customer care, broken Order status monitor, bad pizza makers etc. I have been there once and never gone back again. Next door Dominos is booming.
Well not sure when you went in there last. We get our pizzas regularly from there and they seem to do a pretty good job of that. To each his own. No harm in trying out the bargain on the weekend though.
Seems like OP is associated with Pizza hut (or at least the Gungahlin store).
I heard the Gungahlin store had rats/mice in the store at some point a few years ago.
