1v1 me bruh. 4k mmr. I got all my razer gear and 144hz monitor rdy
No one's saying this is the biznatch for gaming, it's a good mouse for what it is, ergonomics.
mate if the game doesn't have a gun, I don't play it. I'm totally over dota.
What's a biznatch?
Its a Microsoft thing. Like BizSpark.
I still use my Naga for gaming and use my MX Master for everything. Gets a bit choppy sometimes though (apparently there are conflicts with WiFi 2.4ghz and the mouse).
Change the WiFi channel in the router settings until you find one that provides chop free use.
Ooh I didn't think of that, thanks I'll give it a try
I have had my G602 for about a year now and I don't notice any latency issues.
If there is its very hard to discern.
Its one of the best mice I have ever used. I play BF4,ArmA,DayZ no real difference to wired and no cable drag. Great for palm grippers like myself.I have the G502 and I can't grip the bloody thing properly. I had been using a Logitech G9 for about 7 years before I bought the G502.
I wish the G502 had the G9 body.I think these days it isn't so much about the latency but the damn batteries giving out in the middle of a hairy situation…
Electrons move just as fast through a wire as RF signals do through the air.
There is no extra latency from having a wireless mouse using RF, despite most people thinking this - there has never been a single test showing evidence showing more latency. In fact the only tests you can find show that there are no latency difference between wired and wireless.

No, they don't. That's nonsense. That thread doesn't prove anything.

Your link proves exact what I said. 500hz vs 1000hz polling rate is unnoticeable even on 144hz monitors.
"Verdict: This was true for years, but today, you probably won’t be able to tell the difference between a good wireless mouse and a wired one."
"But keep in mind that most monitors only refresh at 60 Hz or, at best, 144 Hz. You’re much more likely to notice performance issues related to the quality of the mouse sensor than due to the polling rate."
You are a fool for downvoting me.
I didn't.
Does this mouse have the problem with the spring (metal plate?) inside the switch as well?
After around a year usage, the performance MX has problem where the spring inside the switch becomes flatter, causing the mouse to double click randomly.
I had to open the mouse up and fix it.I've had the M950 for, what, 5 years now and don't have that issue. Both my G700s' also don't have any issue after about a year so far as well. How common is that problem?
That said, I do feel Logitech quality has dropped. Comparing a new K800 to an old one, keys feel cheaper and typing isn't quite as nice and quiet.
Fairly common so I've heard after Logitech changed their switch to Omron China ones.
I think that is a common problem with all logitech mouses - and many others. It took about 3 years for mine to start acting up - but it does happen. They all use the same switch block. If you're keen then you can replace it: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/251336866229
thanks for that, might try it one day. I just replaced the spring on the left switch with right switch, but I have a feeling it'll start acting up again.
I found that it's fairly common among any logitech products that use micro switches from Omron China. At least bit of googling gave me that impression. I've bought Omron Japan switches just then, apparently they are less prone to the problems. Though that said the switch change also changes how it clicks as well, so I have to change both side out.
It's going slightly overboard, but meh, I think it's worth it.
All I need now is a soldering station :(
This mouse has a problem with OSX Yosemite if you choose not to use the dongle it comes with!!! Be aware!
IS the Yosemite BT stack is faulty? This mouse requires BT4 to operate without the dongle. It also won't work with win7 without the dongle as win7 doesn't support BT4.
Doesnt that defeat the whole point of bluetooth then? Maybe i will just stay with the mx revolution
I've had mine for 3 weeks and I wrote up a little review on this site when I got one.

My view hasn't changed. This is not a mouse that you will want if you have had previous Logitech mice.
If they would have updated the software to have the same functions that all other Logitech mice have had for the last 10 years then I would change from a strongly negative review to a positive one, but it has been nearly half a year since Logitech have been aware of their customers requesting application specific settings and haven't done anything about it.
https://forums.logitech.com/t5/Mice-and-Pointing-Devices/MX-…
They also took away the ability to change pointer acceleration. So if you want to disable acceleration or want to increase it to use this mouse on a multiscreen display then you are SOL. It's a really bad oversight considering changeable pointer acceleration and application specific settings are necessities for a top tier productivity mouse (which the MX series had always been).
Logitech's answer to people airing their grievances is infuriating: "Some of the previous features in Logitech Setpoint have been filtered to accommodate new ones in the Logitech Options. The new software interface emphasizes more on the simplicity of navigation and accessibility to all types of users."
The above quote was taken from the link I posted to the Logitech forums. They are "filtering" options to "emphasize simplicity" in a flagship $100 mouse. Yeah right!
Damn. I really want this mouse, and have been waiting hoping they'd "fix" the issues with Logitech Options.
Bit of a side note, I really wish more companies would make a line of professional high performance mice. None of this gaming stuff with lights a chintzy graphics.
I really hope they fix it also.
But the squeaky wheel hasn't got any grease the last 6 months so it looks unlikely.
Great mouse. I grabbed one recently from officeworks for about 90 bux so this is a decent price. Love the ability to quick switch between devices.

Hilarious that you would provide a link that further disproves your earlier downvoted to oblivion comments.
You might want to have a read through it next time before you post it as it pretty much proves that wireless is just as fast as wired, and that sensor quality is not dependent on the technology used.
ALl those people who downvoted me are scrubs who use their computers for casual gaming. No good CS or Dota players are ozbargainers. Except me of course.
Or, let's not call people names and make assumptions on what people do on their computer?
This dude is calling people scrubs but I would bet tendollars that tendollar has worse stats than wireless laser users, and is the kind of guy to blame his tools rather than his skills.
Gr8 b8 m8. I r8 69/420.
@krisspy:
THanks bro! I tried. The ozbargainer mods don't let my kind flourish anymore.
TBH I don't use setpoint with my m950. There's just no freaking point.
Price beat @ OW then, to get it for $84.55?
Pay with MEBank to get it for $80.32?
Pay with Coles Myer GCs at Officeworks from Vintage Cellar AMEX statement credit offer to effectively get it for 15% off, $71.87?
