Personally I prefer Hertz247 as their per km additional charge is rolled up in their hourly rate. Less cars though.

Yes, minimum 1 hour, in blocks of 30 minutes.
This is great their van hiring is excellent, esp when moving items and using it from ikea to your home and back etc…
flexicar is much better…free petrol and only charge for hours…NO KM charge
