  So, my understanding is, it works out as below:

  ($31.43 * 3 + $44.90 - $39 ) / 4 = $25.04 / month

  I assume that you won't be able to claim 90 days of use without rolling into at least 1 extra month at full price (may be wrong). Pretty good deal for 5GB/unlimited.

  Edit - Actually one other thing that I'm not sure about is whether you get only $31.43 deducted or the full $39 since technically it says that the discount only applies to the first month. It would only change it $26.94 though, not a big deal.
