Is it a good deal from Vodafone - iPhone 6, 16 GB on $80, 24 month plan - 6GB data free international calls and stuff.
I have to call back before 12 to get this deal.
I am after iPhone, should I jump in or wait for next gen in a month or so?
Let me know your thoughts.
Just confirming it's expected that the 6S will be launched within the next 2 weeks (Around the 2nd week of September). The newer generations will mean the current one will drop in price.
launch is 9th September I believe and we are usually in the list of countries to get stock within the next 2 weeks after launch. There was a leak reported in Forbes that says stock will be available from September 18th. Apple are pretty good at managing their supply chain so there isn't usually a lot of stock hanging around for price drops but carriers may offer sweeteners to move any inventory they have around.

If they can do that deal now they will be able to do it after the 6s is launched, in fact one would imagine they would want to get rid of the 6 once the 6s demand ramps up. I would at least wait and see what offers are around when the new one launches. Also they have just ended all their bonus data promotions and released new plans. I would guess that once the 6s is announced they will add bonus data etc onto plans again to try and get new customers. I don't think now is a great time to sign up.
