Looking for a everyday video camera for capturing the important family moments, like baby's first words, first crawl, first walk, and so forth.
Based on the Choice Reviews, currently choosing between the Sony HDR-CX405 & the Sony HDR-PJ410.
Looking to spend at most $500-600 on the camera.
I'm looking for the best place to buy this, as I'm probably looking for some accessories and extras as well.
I havent looked at your 2 models, but have captured more special moments with the HTC RE.
Its a lifestyle camera, (think GO PRO, but less PRO)

Its waterproof, does slow motion, time lapse, can also do live stream to the internet, and with the accessory (i grabbed the 4 piece Protection pack) the lens cap stops accidental pics that they mentioned in the review and makes it even more water proof.

I paid more than that, but have 2 as its just a great and easy to use camera that sits in your pocket and can be whipped out in the nick of time to get those special moments.
