Whirlpool Appliances Exclusive to The Good Guys

This must be a sneeky way of killing competition for a well known brand. I personally own a whirlpool front load washer and never caused me any problems. Are some companies forced to do this keep margins?. Whats in it for Whirlpool or the Good guys?. I see it more benificial for the Good guys rather then whirlpool.

      That's how all these companies can offer the best price or price match. They only stock, or mainly stock, items that are exclusive be it locking in a brand, or getting 'special' models. It effectively kills completion.

    Yeah I cant believe price matching is that big a deal.

    You kinda buy one machine ever decade or so I wouldnt think its such a big deal.
