I emailed to sales dept about watch authenticity and they said its original and they will provide original box, tag and paper works. Review from TrustPilot is average. Anyone ever purchased from this site?? any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Hi srat, i didn't buy from them, actually i found cheaper one in ebay :) with international warranty. But i talked to watchdepots, they said they gonna give all the paperworks with their stamp on the warranty card. Seems legit. Thinking to buy from them very soon.
They seem to affliate with www.designerswatch.com.au and watchseeker (closed - there are a few threads on the internet about this website). I agree that their prices are very attractive.
Shocking and disgusting customer services. They sent me fualty watch. Now I am applying to VCAT. I have to deal with them over 5 months. Do not buy from them.
just found this tread online while checking their reviews. I feel i have to say something about them. I mean we all know only people who are unhappy about a product or a service will go through such length as registering on a forum and make a post.
Most of people who are happy with the sites are just living their normal lifes and do their daily chores.
Anyways, i happend to have one of my dw watches bought from them. The price is almost half of the orginal retail price. I had it for like 7 nd half month now. Everything is fine, no discoloring, no fading or anything.

i m happy with watchdepots.com and i think they did a good job getting the price this low. I will shop again sometimes.
I purchased a Tissot watch from Watch Depot. I was suspect of the watch so i sent it of to Swatch Group Australia (Tissot Aus) - they confirmed in writing that the watch was a counterfeit product. I contacted Watch Depot for response……but have not heard back from them.
There is no doubt that Watch Depot sell counterfeit products and are a criminal organisation in violation of several Australian consumer laws. Be wary and DO NOT BUY from them!! If price is too good to be true, then it is likely too good to be true.
Never bought from them but the seem legitimate.
Trustpilot replies come from jakaranda int. which matches their listed ABN. Furthermore the negative reviews are mostly for poor customer service and long delivery times rather than dodgy products.
I'd buy if it was a significant saving.
