KOGAN honoring QFF Points?

Hi all,

Bought couple hundred dollar of stuff from Kogan two months ago, with QFF number definitely linked in my account.

Checked my FF statement this month, still haven't seen anything come through. Surely it doesn't take that long to register the points?!

Has anyone actually got FF points from Kogan's purchase? Any rep from Kogan can verify if this "promise" of QFF actually works?

Yeah I can confirm that I got points for my purchase, it did take 3 weeks for them to come through though

Was this via the Qantas Mall or direct with Kogan? If it was done through the Qantas mall via the cookie system then the customer service staff at Qantas might be able to tell you if the points are pending.
