Did anyone have trouble with Groupon / Amaysim voucher code?

So we need to do the groupon / amaysim voucher before 22/8, except following all the instructions I'm stuck on point (5) Enter Groupon Voucher code in
'Promo code' field and click 'Apply'

I keep getting the response: Sorry, looks like the promo code you’ve entered isn't valid. Please check the code and try again.

Amaysim live chat is not available, and Groupon is closed for the day.

Any tips? I've used the voucher Security Code, Voucher Code and Deal ID ; tried all 3 but none of them are working.

Any help gratefully appreciated!

    Now I'm worried that my code has already been redeemed! Asked around some friends who also got this deal, and once their code is redeemed then you get a "Sorry, looks like the promo code you’ve entered isn't valid…." error.

    Knowing groupon I wonder if they inadvertently sent the PDF meant for me to someone else??

      OK, good to know I wasn't the only one. which customer care did you contact? Groupon or Amaysim?
