Refund on Unused Melbourne Skybus Ticket

Hi bargainers,

I booked a skybus ticket to get to the airport but ive sinced moved my flight. I wont need the ticket. Are they really not allowed to refund you for that?

  You accepted the terms when you purchased the ticket:
  https://www.skybus.com.au/standard-ticketing-conditions

  so yes, they don't have to refund you.

  I dont understand why you would think otherwise.
