    • I got one
Have you checked the other review apart from HN site?

      • Where was that one? There's a not so great review on ProductReview

  • Look at good guys etc the have reviews on there

I'm guessing most a/c will have some neg reviews

  • Does anybody know how long it takes for the order to be ready from Harvey Norman for pickup? I ordered yesterday afternoon around 3pm and was advised that I would receive an email when this is ready to be picked up. Local store has stock, I thought that it would have been an instant?

  • Are the HN or Fujitsu card be used anywere? (i.e not with Harvey norman)

    • Yeah where accepts eftpos or visa

  • Cheap installers in Queanbeyan/Canberra areas anyone? Much appreciated.

    • And in Melbourne ??!

  • thanks OP

  • Thanks!
Looks like Air-Con install in Perth is around the $550 mark as well.

    • At this time of te year you should be able to find one for $400-$450 cash.

      • Awesome, thanks for that, I'll keep looking then.
        :)

        • Does this need a separate circuit from the meterbox or can it get wired into existing powerpoints?

        • @affable: Needs it's own circuit according to its warranty.

        • Looks like the cheapest install I can find in Perth is $520 inc GST (inc dedicated circuit, up to 30m electrical cable) for a standard back to back install. Contacted about 10 installers. One guy quoted $750!! another quoted $550 not including GST.
If anyone wants the $520 installers details, let me know.

  • Picked up my orders, no problems. Be aware that for the Fujitsu cash offer, you have to wait for the full tax invoice and proof of purchase to be emailed. The store guy told me that this can take 1 to 2 days after pick up.

    • But if you place the order online and paid in full at the same time shouldn't you get the tax invoice right away?

      • I didn't get the tax invoice until after I picked up the units (ordered Monday night, were not ready till Thursday, I think the local warehouse had to transfer stock). I picked up the units on Thursday arvo, and the tax invoices were emailed on Thursday evening. On the night I ordered, all I got was a confirmation email advising I will be contacted when ready to pick up.

The tax invoice I received was just a HTML version in a email, no attachment. I saved the invoice to a PDF. I did not receive a 'proof of purchase', so I asked the Fujitsu promotion support what I should do, and was told to take a screenshot of my bank statement.

        • Bugga. I'm doing FIFO work and wanted to order one and pick it up when I got home in 2 weeks. Was hoping that they send through an invoice right after payment.

        • +1

The tax invoice sent is dated on the day you paid, so still good to go for the cool cash promotion.

        • @flagger:
          Thanks for the info mate!

    • Do they give you the Harvey Norman eftpos card when you pick up as well? Or does it have to be redeemed somehow as well

      • +1

Yep, they provided the cards on the same day as I picked up the units. I had trouble activating them online though, but a call to gift card planet, and the lady on the other end activated them manually for me :)

Still waiting on Fujitsu to approve the Visa eftpos cards.

  • Today the linked deal says $899 with a $100 HN Eftpos card. Has the original $824 + $150 card ended?
