We had the lunch offer at Mesh and the 300g porterhouse steak with chips and salad was very good value for $12.95 (+$4 for a glass of red).

I haven't tried the other restaurants yet but I would recommend the steak at Mesh Crown.

T&Cs - not available on public holidays. Emporio, Cotta, Sho and Tia To are located on the casino floor, patrons must be over 18 and not prohibited from entering the casino or Crown Entertainment Complex for any reason. Cotta is closed for lunch and dinner, Monday and Tuesday. Offer not available at Mesh on Friday evenings.

    This has been around for awhile. I'm pretty sure it's exactly the same at every restaurant.

    Limited menu options - Emporio, Cotto and Mesh all offering the same 3 option menu of porterhouse, beef cheeks and barramundi.

    from what i can tell Cotto, Emporio and MEsh serve the exact same thing…choices are

    STEAK
    300g yearling prime fed
    porterhouse steak with a
    crisp garden salad, steak
    fries and peppercorn
    sauce

    BEEF
    Slow braised Victorian
    beef cheeks with red wine,
    winter vegetables ragout
    and lentils, served with
    potato mash.

    FISH
    Pan seared barramundi,
    gnocchi, roasted pumpkin,
    and capsicum in a
    white wine basil cream
    sauce

    and $4 for a glass of red,white or sparkling Willowglen wine or a scooner of Carlton Draught

    We'll be visiting Melbourne in a couple of months.
    I've got a seven years old son.
    Does it mean that we won't be able to dine at that restaurant ?

      I don't think they enforce it. I went a few months back and saw a few kids inside though not too many. My cousin who I went with was also under 18 and was not asked for ID.

      Looks like Mesh is the only restaurant offering this offer that is not on the Casino floor. I recommend investigating before you go as we were there last week and queried a couple of staff on this offer and they had no idea what we were talking about or what restaurants offered it or where they were.

        There are a number of restaurants now restricted to 18+ now, notably Kitchen Workshop. Crown is undergoing a lot of renovations and have block-off/rerouted foot traffic now.
