One day I made an order on there, lots of stuff that I really wanted, order messed up so it never went through for some reason, despite them taking my money and in the end I got a refund after I informed them, but never got the items for that price :( Hate when stuff happens with sales/cheaper prices.
@MissMurd3r: since i've been using gift cards i get from coke rewards, i always have a problem if one card has a balance left over. it never deducts from the order total correctly.
missed out on an item once because of this, which is why i jumped in [too] early today. i will only order if their live chat is available to sort that crap out.
that said, their customer service is pretty good. they sent me a different backpack to one i ordered and arranged a return shipping label pretty much instantly. refund back to my cc was quick as well.
