Stratco are selling their gift cards at 20% off via their online store until Sunday.

You select the value (20/50/100/200/500) when you add them to your cart.

They last 24 months, so you don't need to worry about spending them immediately, and can be great to stack with other deals they run from time to time.

EDIT: Looks to have started early. Discount already applying, and also appears on front page.

EDIT: Sadly the deal has ended prematurely (about 9:30pm Friday the 20th). Good news is that those who already ordered will have their order honoured.

  Last year I bought an electric mower ($100) which has been fantastic. It's like using a vacuum cleaner on the lawn. I also bought a beautful dwarf birch for $100 and a huge vanity for $39… That's before you consider that I got 20% extra buying power. They really have some good stuff at Stratco!

  Anyone know how to change the value of the gift card online? Mine only show up at $16 and I'd like to get a higher value. Or can I just buy them in store?

    When you go to add the card to your card, it pops up with the option to change the value. Just add the one that appears to be $16 to your cart, and you'll see what I mean.

    Bugger! I had not yet got around to purchasing my own yet! They were definitely available at the reduced price yesterday, and this morning. It's strange, because it wasn't even meant to start until now. I'll organise for the deal to be marked expired. Sorry we missed it!

    Seeing as it is still possible to order the cards at full price, I think the technical issue must have been to do with the way the deal was administered. Specifically, I think they probably didn't want people ordering thousands of dollars worth of cards (eg. trade clients etc). However when the deal was working, I tested, and you could buy as many as you liked, so perhaps the "technical issue" was the inability to limit people to the intended limit ($500).

      sad I just recieved my quote for roofing material but now will shop elsewhere! Next time move on day 1 and Mum, budgie, cat will also purchase.
