      releasing the nutrient hidden in your fruit and vegetables! Which you will get by eating the fruit and vegetable by itself anyway.

    I use mine for making cream sauces, blender wasn't making it smooth enough and I couldn't be bothered putting the sauces through the mouli or sieve anymore, so the 25,000 rpm model it was. Have never used it to make a supper drink, concept of drinking raw kale is not very motivating.

      You can barely taste the kale when you mix it with oats, almonds, banana and frozen berries.

  • I have a Nutri Ninja IQ that I got at Costco. I use it for protein smoothies mostly, which is a bit of an overkill, none the less I highly recommend it.
