I came across this 12V car socket adapter with 3 12V sockets and 2 USB sockets - 1 x 1A and 1 X 2.1A.

There were about 20 -30 in the Garden City store.

I have one from ebay. Terrible radio interference. It also seems to mess with the remote control circuitry, as the channels will change seemingly by random if I leave it plugged in.

  I think this is the source of my terrible DAB reception in the car as of late.

    Oh no doubt about it. I payed about the same price, but this one comes with aldi's easy return policy, so if you do have trouble its just a few minutes of your time wasted to get a refund. I just wanted to put it out there, as it took me a little while to trace the issues I was having back to this device.
