  • How big is the download file? Is it worth doing it just for a few hour's play?

      It's only a 2.8gb download.

  • Hi does anyone know where I can get the best price for the full version? Doesn't have to include the new expansion

    Thanks

    • Google shopping had GamesDeal as the cheapest @ $19.22 USD.

Well worth it, I bought this when it first came out and love it. I will say though it is somewhat different to it's predecessors and I learn something new each game.

BE is not worth 20 bucks when you can buy civ 5 complete for the same price right now and you will have a ton more fun in Civ 5 at the moment

        • You're entitled to your opinion, but I would still have to disagree and say it's well worth twenty bucks. There are a just certain aspects that can make BE quite challenging, I'll admit when I first played it I didn't like it too much but as I have come to understand the more complex aspects of it I have quite enjoyed it, especially when playing with friends. Also with an expansion due out later this year it looks like they'll be adding more dynamics. However I don't disagree Civ 5 is still a strong game that has been boosted by some great expansions.
