So i'm addicted to Sriracha. Not because it's so popular. Just because I enjoy it on everything I eat.
So I was wondering if anyone else has tried any other chilli sauces that (in their own opinion) beats Sriracha as i'm keen to try something else.
I've tried the sweet potato chilli sauce known as (Koon Yick Wah Kee… < I think) but still doesn't top my Sriracha.

I tend to switch chili sauce depending on what I am eating.
Chili oil for yum cha, sweet thai chili for anything deep fried, sriracha for anything with cheese in it. Linghams for some some asian dishes.
Yes, you can never have too many types of chili sauce.
'+ 1 on the abc chilli sauce.
You can mix it into other sauces really easy to give a bit of heat and flavour (salsa's, tomato based pastas).

Beerenberg's Taka Tala sauce has an amazing flavour. It's not particularly spicy, so you'll have to add some chili if you like a bit of heat.
