25% Discount on Certain Grocery and Non Food Items @ Harris Farm [Penrith, NSW]

So I went to go get milk at Harris Farm (Penrith Store) and saw that they are having a 25% discount sale on grocery Items (excluding Bread and eggs). There were also sign of 25% discount on non-food items. I saw these signs mainly on the pet food sections.
When I bought the milk, the milk was NOT discounted, so it must be the grocery items that are not on constant rotation.
This would be because they are closing down at the end of the month (according to rumours. According to published reports, they are closing at the end of their lease which didn't state when).
The chips I bought were discounted. Please see receipt.
