5x Fitness First Gym Passes Free (Worth $125)

    LOL !!!

    • Hey don't blame the messenger I just grabbed it from the Ts and Cs. Maybe because of the pilates classes?

    • They just priced how much it would cost to attend irregular classes (in this case $25 per session). But yeah, you could probably get 1 week free without having to buy this and attend as many times as you want within that week.

  • And for each of those visits you will be mercilessly harassed by their sales staff to sign up.
You could probably get a free week pass to any Profit First.. sorry, Fitness First, just by turning up and asking for one (and putting up with being subjected to their salespeople).
Can you tell I've had negative experiences with Fitness First in the past?

Invalid neg, your issue is with FF not Poise.

      • +1

not really, I'm saying it's not a deal because you can get a free trial just at Fitness first just by asking for one. No need to buy Poise. Sorry.

You can claim 1 day (or 3 if you're in the AFP or lie that you are), valid for first time visitors. So unless you want to bend the rules in order to get 5, it's still an invalid neg.

So you got something for free, and the sales guys tried to sell the product? That's every salesman in every industry..

Being on OzBargainer, you let them go on with their sales pitch. It's the price for free stuff.

I sat down for a free meal at a restaurant to listen to a saleswoman go on about a mattress. Cost? 1hr of my time. Benefit, free meal. I'm not going to neg any free meals when receiving a sales pitch about mattress's because they "mercilessly harrassed" me to buy their product (It was a mattress for something like $6k rrp. Maybe if it was 80% off, the ozbargainer may have bit).

Additionally, this should be different than a 'try our product in hopes you'll sign up'. This is $125 value, so if they did harass you, you'd just point out that as per the terms and conditions, you effectively a paying customer.

Are you taking the piss out of us ????

  • Not bad at all!

this deal is a great one. The gyms should notice just a trickle at first, before a steady stream of customers. Hopefully they have enough staff and equipment to soak up the extra demand

  • A discounted gym membership? How unusual!
