Being a frozen product (ice cream), it is fine to consume past the best before date.Most foods have a best before date. You can still eat foods for a while after the best before date as they should be safe but they may have lost some quality. Foods that have a best before date can legally be sold after that date provided the food is fit for human consumption.

My Cherry ripe didn't have any best before date.

Couldn't find any date or batch printed on my crunchie bar either.
Either I need new glasses, or my batch wasn't stamped.
Best before dates are labeled on the cartons by the supplier, the ice cream bars have a batch code printed on the wrapper.
What's 'not quite right' about them?
