I honestly do not recall ordering them. I may have ordered them from a different website, but I don't think I've done that since before a few months ago.
Does anyone else recognise the shape or pattern on the stickers because I'm just curious to know if anyone got these too.

Who was the sender on the envelope? Return address? Any logos? That could be a pretty big clue as to which company sent it.
