We would need to hire a car for 6+ passengers, either manual or automatic transmission, from Friday 18 Sep (early morning - or can pick up Thursday night) to Monday 21 Sep (late night - or can return Tuesday early morning). We live in Baulkham Hills, NSW, 2153. So, closest location would be preferred. For picking up on Thursday and returning on Tuesday around Pyrmont would be another option.
We have possible discounts from Entertainment Book and/or NRMA (not sure if any other).
Do you know what the best option could be? We have searched in the web and the cheapest is $450ish. Any ideas/suggestion are very welcome!

hire from airport will have more choices.
Check on webjet car hire. Your price is about right. 4 days rate and 5 days have little difference.
Try to obtain your own insurance then from the hire car company will save you quite a bit.Thank you!

Finally I found Thrifty offers Ford Territory which are quite cheaper than Tarago or Carnival. So, 5 days for $290 is the best option I've got so far.
