Subject says it all who is the best bank to save $1,000 per month?

  Most likely Ubank with a rate of 3.37% which is up there with the best, it's the online arm of NAB. You can withdraw and don't get penalised by the rate, you just have to deposit $200 in the ubank ultra account each month to be eligibile for the full rate
