Can I buy a $10 gift card and spend $30 for the offer "Pay $40 get $10 back" woollies offer?
I seriously don't want to top up my opal or buy more toilet paper to spend the $40. I'm living by myself so doesn't want to spend that much.

Yep, but if you dont mind the $4 surcharge, then you can buy a Visa card and still come out ahead.
Im pretty sure I bought a gift card last time and it worked… would have to check receipts from home….
buy a $40 item … then return it.

I think it used to work, or maybe if I buy some grocery with a gift card. Yesterday I buy just the gift card and it didnt work
