Does this mean regular users also can't post deals or just reps? Hadn't seen that before. Anyway same risk as buying from any Chinese site I guess, use PayPal and you won't have many problems.

it depends, I got one powerbank (16000 mAh) in 25 days, another (10000 mAh) in 49 days, other items 16 days.

Just store reps. They were probably making accounts or telling people to post for them to bypass the 2 deals a week rule.
I got mine miband delivered ~35 days, genuine, a bit slow but at AU$16, it's a lot cheaper than other sellers.

Is this a serious question? You're asking if the Xiaomi powerbank us as good as the Kogan one? LOL. The Kogan one is a POS with unknown batteries, unknown quality and judging by his other products will be the cheapest unit he can purchase.
Allbuy and Gearbest used the same shipping company for 2 of my orders. I ordered couple powerbanks from allbuy and one from gearbest. the fast ones were sent by swedish company (2nd powerbank from allbuy and the first one from gearbest) both around 25 days and the longer one was sent by dutch company 49 days. I know it could change any day but that was my experience with them.
I just bought an Original 10000mAh Xiaomi Mobile Power Bank Pocket from Allbuy for $16.13, a further 5% discount for sharing on facebook, it's the cheapest I can find.
Let's wait and see what happens
PS. I remember someone bashed Mushtato because a few days delay in shipping when I got mine from Mushtato in a week. I got both 10400mAh & 16000mAh for a good price last year, but couldn't remember the exact price.
