US $139.19 is aliexpress price or AU$198.67 with their conversion. may be cheaper using citibank or 28 degrees.

aliexpress is a subsiduary of alibaba which was valued at $231.44 billion in september 2014. that's pretty big. Hence they don't use paypal. why would they? they are bigger than paypal and ebay (and amazon). so you pay with Credit card to their escrow service. they will release the money to the seller when you have confirmed delivery and satisfaction with the item.

i've used aliexpress for nearly 180 orders and have had no problems (except 1 lost order).

    I don't see anything for ~$140USD.

    Price range is US $173.99 - 204.99 / piece, and for that price you can do much better elsewhere (even for the 2GB version)

    Same. I could nearly go for one of these, assuming reverts back to [..145 US]. But, my reservation is that 2nd SIM may be no good with data (GSM ?)/obsolete.
    I didn't read of protective coating & it would scratch easily.
